Our Returns Policy

We can accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days, subject to the
following provisions:


For any returns which are not a result of our error, outbound and return shipping is at the customer's expense and a twenty-percent
(20%) handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

All returns must first obtain a return goods authorization number (RGA), which can be obtained only by emailing
shoponline@maclarenbaby.com.

All returned products must be securely packed in the original packaging with all paperwork and accessories included.
We will not refund money for items that have been used or are missing any parts or manuals.

All returns must include a note with the RGA number, the reason for the return, customer contact information and a
description of the items being returned (Model name, SKU). In order to have a return processed quickly and efficiently,
you should enclose this note in an envelope taped to the outside of the box.

Packages not bearing an RGA will be refused by our warehouse. Maclaren USA will not be responsible for shipping
charges related to returns that are refused by our warehouse for not bearing a valid RGA.

In order to continue offering our customers outstanding service and products, we are unable to deviate from these
policies.

Faulty or Damaged Products?

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact Maclaren Customer Services at
shoponline@maclarenbaby.com for your return instructions. Product return costs will be paid by Maclaren.

Refund Payment Credits

Please note, all refunds will be made to the original payment card used to purchase the products. We will process
payments as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days.
